EHA 2026: Long-Term Outcomes with Zanubrutinib in First-Line CLL

Updated results from the phase III SEQUOIA study are presented by Wojciech Jurczak, MD, PhD, Professor, Department of Clinical Oncology, Maria Sklodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology, Kraków, Poland. Zanubrutinib demonstrated sustained progression-free survival benefit over bendamustine plus rituximab in treatment-naive CLL. The analysis presented at EHA 2026 also showed that time to second progression was longer in the zanubrutinib arm, regardless of subsequent treatment.
