Tommy Cederholm

Tommy Cederholm is a Professor of Clinical Nutrition and Professor Emeritus at Uppsala University, Sweden. He is also Senior consultant, head of R&D, Theme Inflammation & Ageing at Karolinska University Hospital, Stockholm.

His research focuses on nutrition and catabolism in old and chronically ill patients, and he has been a principal investigator of several intervention studies. Moreover, he is a co-author of more than 300 peer-reviewed articles with more than 28,000 citations. From 2012 to 2016, he served as an Executive Committee member of The European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN).
