The phase 3 randomized MORPHO trial, presented as an LBA at EHA23, did not meet its primary endpoint. However, the results are still indeed promising as they provide valuable guidance for identifying patients who would benefit from the FLT3 inhibitor gilteritinib as post-transplant maintenance for FLT3-ITD AML.
