Antonio Passaro

Antonio Passaro is a Senior Staff Physician in the Division of Thoracic Oncology at the European Institute of Oncology (IEO) in Milan, Italy. He is an internationally recognized expert in lung cancer, particularly in the field of EGFR-mutant NSCLC. Dr. Passaro combines extensive clinical experience with groundbreaking translational research, addressing the complexities of lung cancer heterogeneity.

Dr. Passaro is an author of more than 130 peer-reviewed publications and has made significant contributions to advancing lung cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Passaro is a distinguished member of the ESMO Lung Cancer Faculty and served as Chair of the Communications Committee on the ESMO Council, reflecting his leadership in global oncology communication and knowledge dissemination.
