Ulf Holmbäck

Ulf Holmbäck is an Associate Professor in clinical nutrition and metabolism as well as an educational developer. His main research is in obesity, with a strong second focus on alternative diets. As an educational developer, he is particularly interested in e-learning and means of involving students in their own learning. He is also a member of the College of Mentors, helping new university teachers to develop their pedagogic skills.
