First-line treatment with ibrutinib + venetoclax provides deep responses in patients with CLL

The combination of ibrutinib and venetoclax is an all-oral, once-daily, chemotherapy-free regimen that provides deep responses. The data from the study support the potential for treatment-free remission with fixed-duration treatment, including in patients with high-risk features.
