The Value of Real-World Data in Clinical Oncological Research
Clinical Studies are the gold standard in clinical research, and real world (registry) data is often seen as difficult to handle and not good enough. At Onkologisk Forum, Bettina Kulle Andreassen from the Cancer Registry of Norway, tries to convince clinicians that they do not have to look at these two study types (clinical trial versus real-world evidence) as two separate dogmas but that these two study types are both necessary to provide scientific evidence.
