Birgitte Bjørnhart

Birgitte Bjørnhart graduated from the University of Copenhagen as a medical doctor in 2007 and became a specialist in clinical oncology in 2017. She holds a Ph.D. in lung cancer and immunotherapy and is currently employed as a consultant oncologist at the Department of Oncology at Odense University Hospital in Denmark. With over 15 years of research experience, she has authored articles published in international journals with a focus on the role of the immune system in cancer and chronic autoimmune disorders.
