New Treatment Opportunity for HER2-Positive Biliary Tract Cancer

In July 2025, EMA approved zanidatamab, a bispecific HER2-targeting antibody, for the treatment of adult patients with unresectable, locally advanced, or metastatic HER2-positive biliary tract cancer.
