Birgitte Vrou Offersen

Dr. Birgitte Vrou Offersen, Ph.D., M.D., serves as Chief Physician and Professor in the Department of Oncology at Aarhus University Hospital. Her primary research focuses on breast cancer and oncological radiotherapy.

Dr. Offersen is a member of the Danish Breast Cancer Group (DBCG) Board and serves as secretary of the DBCG Radiotherapy Committee. She is also affiliated with the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO) and contributes to several scientific journals, including Radiotherapy and Oncology and the British Journal of Cancer.
