Patients with type 2 diabetes are in risk hypoglycemic episodes, and literature are missing systematic reviews on how this affects the quality of life (QoL). In this MEDtalk, Kevin A Matlock, researcher at SDU Denmark, presents a newly conducted systematic review investigating the changes of QoL following hypoglycemia in adults with type 2 diabetes. Results suggest impacts on QoL to differ widely by severity and choice of measure.
